30. Objection- Blank form of objection shall be supplied free-charge, and all objections shall, as far as practicable, be made in such forms. Along with the original objection, the objector shall file a copy or copies of the same for service on all other persons who, in the opinion of the Revenue-officer are materially interested in the case. The Revenue-officer are materially interested in the case. The Revenue-officer shall issue notices informing the objector and all other persons so interested of the date and place fixed for the hearing of the objection, and with each notice to a person, other than the objector, he shall forward a copy of the objection. Objection regarding the ownership or possession of land or of any interest in land shall be decided summarily by the Revenue-officer. The record shall contain a brief summary of the evidence taken and an abstractor the reasons for the decision. Objections not be disposed of the absence of any of the parties materially interested or their representatives, unless the Revenue-officer be satisfied, for reasons to be recorded, in writing, that the notice was duly served on the person concerned.
